These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Daimon platform and services ("Service") provided by ClickFunnels, Inc. (d/b/a Daimon) ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Daimon provides an AI-powered agent platform that can manage email, calendar, research, browser automation, communication, and other tasks on your behalf. The agent operates within an isolated environment and connects to third-party services you authorize.
The Service includes a web dashboard, API access, chat interface, and integrations with third-party applications. Features vary by subscription plan.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at support@daimon.com.

Free Tier: The Starter plan includes 50 free tasks. No credit card is required.
Paid Plans: Pro ($79/month) and Business ($199/month) plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until then.
Refunds: We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are unsatisfied with the Service. After 14 days, no refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Contact billing@daimon.com for refund requests.
Price Changes: We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect the current billing period.
Your data is yours. You retain full ownership of all content, data, and materials you provide to the Service, including conversation history, documents, and connected app data.
You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not use your data to train AI models, sell to third parties, or for any purpose other than delivering and improving the Service for you.
You may export or delete your data at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by ClickFunnels, Inc. (d/b/a Daimon) and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
Content generated by your AI agent based on your instructions belongs to you, subject to any applicable third-party terms (e.g., AI model provider terms).
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
AI Agent Actions: While we strive for accuracy and reliability, AI agents may make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing agent actions, especially those involving external communications (sending emails, scheduling meetings, making purchases). We are not liable for consequences of agent actions you did not review.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickFunnels, Inc. (d/b/a Daimon) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClickFunnels, Inc. (d/b/a Daimon) and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay for paid services.
Upon termination:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
